Developed for an environmental consulting and engineering firm, this training session included 4 workshops covering:
- Traits of Outstanding Consultants
- Being an Effective “Client Advocate”
- Meeting / Exceeding Client Expectations
- Delivering the “WOW”
Each training session included a Q & A portion and was recorded for use to train new employees.
Sales and Marketing Mentoring
The Sales and Marketing Mentoring program was designed to provide employees individual guidance on their sales and marketing activities. The curriculum included:
- Training on sales basics
- Weekly activity reporting
- Monthly meetings
- Development of improved, individualized sales approaches
- Targeted communication strategies
